All items are fully inspected before shipping. We do not accept returns or exchanges, so please be sure to review your order carefully before completing your purchase. If you have questions or concerns, please contact us before.

While we do not accept general returns, if your item arrives damaged or defective DUE TO SHIPPING, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order with photos of the item, and we’ll work with you to resolve the issue.

We are unable to process returns once an item has shipped, but if you contact us prior to shipping, we may be able to offer a store credit or cancellation of your order.
